Don’t those Red sTRanger uniforms look much cleaner (and classier) than the blue ones? Historically, the sTRangers have NEVER WON THEIR DIVISION in their blue unis… only in their Red Uniforms have they ever done this….
Is there a psychological issue we, maybe, could hook onto here?
I don’t know…I’m a blues guy personally. Mainly because red to me doesn’t say prosperity in the late 90’s but rather depression in the early millennium.
I don’t buy for a minute that it’s the red uniforms that won us division championships. I’ve always felt that angle is ludicrous. I mean, how would the COLOR OF THE UNIFORM affect anything on the field.
Having said that I do prefer the red unis to the blues that have come since, although the blues have grown on me a bit.
I heard a rumor that this may be the last year for the blue uniforms – anyone know anything about that?
I’ve not seen anything official on that, tno.
