A Yankee fan asked me today how I could be such an avid Rangers fan when they seem to dissapoint every single year. I said, “just gotta get through the tough times and it’ll pay off eventually. It’s more rewarding knowing that you stayed with them through the tough times instead of just rooting for the team that always wins. Honestly, what other reason do people not from New York have for liking the Yankees?”
I’ve given up on our chances this season, but I know they’ve GOTTA pull something together sometime!
Who knows, we may be pleasently surprised and see a late-season comeback.
