I give up.
I’m not stopping the site at all, I’ve weatherd some bad teams since I started this, but I give up on the 2006 season. Sigh.
Oh well. Who will our outfield be in 2007?

I completely agree. We could have made up ground on the A’s, and didn’t. Teams have come back in less time, but they were much better teams that the ’06 Rangers. There will not be a red October, unless it is my wife’s Red Sox. I can still root for them.
